What is Ayushman Bharat Card
PMJAY Bharat Card is a health card that is issued to the beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Yojana. To avail of free treatment under the PMJAY Scheme, you need to visit any empanelled public or private hospital along with the Ayushman Bharat Health Card.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana Registration Online
Now we will see 2 methods for PMJAY Registration or Ayushman Card Registration. By using these 2 simple methods you can easily register for Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
Method 1: Ayushman Bharat Yojana Registration on the official website
Follow the below steps to register for the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
Step 1: Go to the official website of PMJAY i.e setu.pmjay.gov.in and click on the “Register/Sing In” button as shown in the below picture.
Step 2: Now enter your mobile number and then click on the “Sign In” button.
Step 3: A new interface will open on the screen, Click on the “PMJAY CONSOLIDATED-DATA” and then click on the “Beneficiary Search by HHID/Aadhar”.
Step 4: Select your state and then select Family Id in the “Select Id Type” option. Now click on the “Get Details” option.
Step 5: Enter your Family Id in the given box and click on the “Get Details” button.
Step 6: Now details of the family members will come out on the screen. Click on the person for whom you want Ayushman Bharat Yojana Registration.
Step 7: Here you can see the details of the beneficiary, click on the next button.
Step 8: Enter your mobile number, and Aadhar number, and select OTP as your verification method.
Step 9: Enter the OTP and then click on the Next button.
Step 10: Verify the details of the beneficiary and click on the Next button.
Step 11: Now choose your district, block, and village from the given fields, after that enter the captcha code shown below the beneficiary details and then click on the submit button.
A reference number will be generated, and write it down on a page for future use. Thus you can register for the PMJAY Scheme.
Method 2: PMJAY Registration Through CSC
The second method for Ayushman Bharat Registration is through CSC, where you can go and can apply for Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
If you are a CSC owner and want to know the step-by-step process for PMJAY Registration, then follow the below-mentioned steps.
Step 1: Go to the official website of PMJAY i.e setu.pmjay.gov.in and click on the “Register/Sing In” button as shown in the below picture.
Step 2: Now click on the CSC button as shown in the below picture.
Step 3: Click on the “Sign In” button after entering your CSC login credentials.
Step 4: Now a new interface will appear on the screen. On the left side you can see the “PMJAY CONSOLIDATED-DATA” option, click on that option.
Step 5: Now click on the “Beneficiary Search by HHID/Aadhar” option.
Step 6: Now select your state and choose family Id in the “Select Id Type” option. After selecting Family Id, a new blank box will appear on the screen. Enter the family id number in that box and then click on the “Get Details” button.
Step 7: Details of the family will come out on the screen. Click on that person, whose you want Ayushman Bharat Registration.
Step 8: Details of that family member will come out on the screen, verify the details of the member and then click on the “Next” button.
Step 9: Now you have to do the eKYC of the family member. Enter the mobile number and Aadhar number for eKYC and choose OTP option for verification and then click on the “Get OTP” button.
Step 10: Enter the OTP received on the mobile number of the beneficiary, then click on the “Next” button after accepting the term and conditions.
Step 11: Verify the details of the family member and then click on the “Next” button.
Step 12: Select your state, district, block, and village from the given fields. Now scroll down the page.
Step 13: Accept the terms and conditions, type the Captcha code, and then click the “Submit” button.
Step 14: A Reference Id will be generated, keep it for future use.

Ayushman Card Eligibility
Ayushman Bharat Yojana covers more than 10 crore families. The inclusion of these families is based on the deprivation criteria of the Socio-economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011 for rural and urban areas respectively.
The RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana) families that are not in the SECC 2011 database are also covered under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
