Step 1: Go to the official website of Jan Aadhar i.e janapp.rajasthan.gov.in/janaadhaar/citizenDashboard. Click on the “Citizen Registration” button.

Step 2: We will first enter the details of the family head like Name, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, etc., and then click on the “Submit Button.”

Note: In Jan Aadhar Card, A woman above the age of 18 years becomes the head of the family. So on this page, we will enter the details of that woman member whose we want to make the head of the family.

Step 3: A Registration Number will be seen on the screen, write it down on a page and then close the dashboard/browser.

ALERT: Don’t lose this registration number; it will be very helpful for future needs. Give it to trustworthy hands.

Step 4: Now again, go to the official website of Jan Aadhar i.e janapp.rajasthan.gov.in/janaadhaar/citizenDashboard, and then click on the “Citizen Enrolment” option.

Step 5: Enter the registration number that you wrote down in step 3 and then click on the “KHOJE” button.

Step 6: You should now enter the family head’s additional information, such as Address, PAN Card, Caste, etc.

After entering the details of the family head, click on the button “सदस्य जोड़ें”

Step 7: Now you should enter the details of each family member one by one.

Step 8: After entering the details of each family member, you have to click on the “हा” button and then click on the “सेव करे” button as shown in the below image.

Step 9: After saving the details of each family member, a Receipt Number (रसीद संख्या) will be generated. Write it down on a page.

Step 1: Go to the official website of SSO Rajasthan i.e sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin and fill in your SSO Id, password, and captcha code and then click on the “Login” button.

Step 2: After login, you will see a search icon at the top of your mobile screen or as shown in the below picture. Click on the search icon.

Step 3: Type “Jan Aadhar” in the search box and then the Jan Aadhar icon will appear on the screen. Click on the Jan Aadhar icon.

Step 4: When you click on the “Jan Aadhar” icon, a new page will open showing the “Enrolment” option. Click on the “Enrolment” icon.

Step 5: Now click on the “Jan Aadhar Status” option.

Step 6: Enter the receipt number in the given field.

How to Update Jan Aadhar Card

Step 5: Now click on the “Citizen Editing” button.

Step 6: Enter the Jan Aadhar Receipt Number.

Step 7: Now click on the “Agree” button and then again click on the “OK” button.

Step 8: Now a list of all family members will come out on the screen, select the member whose you want to edit the details.

Now click on the “E-KYC Aadhar” or “E-KYC Jan Aadhar” button available below the details of the family members.

Step 9: An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the given box and then click on the “Verify” button.

Step 10: Now the details of the family head will pop out on the screen, if you want to edit the details of the family head, you can do it here.

If you want to edit the details of the family members, then scroll down the page and select the option “सदस्य एडिट”. Thus you can edit the details of the family member.
