1. Check Ayushman Bharat Eligibility Through Its Website

The first method to check Ayushman Card Eligibility is through PMJAY official website. Follow the below steps for Ayushman Bharat Eligibility.

Step 1: Go to the official website of PMJAY i.e pmjay.gov.in and then click on the “Am I Eligible” button as shown in the below picture.

Step 2: Now enter your mobile number and the CAPTCHA code in the appropriate fields, and then click the “Generate OTP” button.

Step 3: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number, enter the OTP, and after accepting the term and conditions click on the “Submit Button”.

Step 4: Choose your state from the menu.

Step 4: The screen will now provide a new option called Select Category. Choose the category by which you would like to find the Ayushman Bharat Eligibility.

You can search for your Ayushman Card Eligibility in the Select Category option by selecting your Name, Household Number (HHD No.), Ration Card Number, and Mobile Number.

Ayushman Card Eligibility Criteria

Beneficiaries of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana have been identified using data from the 2011 Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC).
