Step 1: To Download Ayushman Bharat Card in a PDF format, first of all, you need to visit the official website of PMJAY i.e bis.pmjay.gov.in, and then click on the “Download Ayushman Card” button as shown in the below picture.

Step 2: Now a new screen will open on the mobile or PC screen, select the “Aadhar” option and proceed.

Step 3: First, select PMJAY as a scheme, then select your state and enter your Aadhar number.

Click the “Generate OTP” button after selecting the eKYC option.

Step 4: Now an OTP will be sent to your mobile number, enter the OTP in the given field and then click on the “Verify” button.

Step 5: Now the details of the family member will appear on the screen along with the “Download Card” button, click on the button to download Ayushman Card.

2. Ayushman Card Download Through Its Website

In Method No. 2, we will download Ayushman Bharat Card through the official website of PMJAY.

Step 1: Go to the official website of PMJAY i.e setu.pmjay.gov.in and click on the “Register/Sing In” button as shown in the below picture. 

Step 2: Now a “Register or Sign In” button will be visible, click on that button.

Step 3: Click on the “Sign in” button after entering your mobile number.

Step 4: Now a new interface will appear on the screen, click on the download section for PMJAY Card Download.

Step 5: After clicking on the Download option, you just need to enter some basic information and then you will be able to Download Ayushman Card.

3. Download Ayushman Card Through CSC

In Method No. 3, we will explain to you how to get your Ayushman Golden Card through CSC.

If you want someone to download your Ayushman Bharat Card for you because you don’t want to do it yourself, then you can go to the CSC center nearest to you, where you can get it in the physical form.

You only need to go to your local CSC center and tell the e-Mitra that you want an Ayushman Card; the e-Mitra will do the rest of the process.

Step 1: Go to the official website of PMJAY i.e setu.pmjay.gov.in and click on the “Register/Sing In” button as shown in the below picture. 

Step 2: Now click on the “CSC Connect” button as shown in the below picture.

Step 3: Click on the “Sign In” button after entering your Username, Password, and captcha.

Step 4: Now a new interface will open on your PC screen, click on the “Download and Delivery” button.

Step 5: Now click on the “Download Ayushman Card” button.

Step 6: Select the state of the beneficiary and click on the “Aadhar” button.

Step 7: Enter the Aadhar number of the beneficiary and click on the “Get OTP” button.

Step 8: Enter the OTP received on the mobile number of the beneficiary and then click on the “Verify” button.

Step 9: Now the option of Ayushman Card Download will come out on the screen, from where you can download Ayushman Card. Click on the button as shown in the below image.

Ayushman Card Eligibility

Ayushman Bharat Scheme covers more than 50 crore individuals. The inclusion of these individuals is based on the deprivation criteria of the Socio-economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011 for rural and urban areas respectively.

Ayushman Yojana also covers the RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana) families that aren’t in the database of SECC 2011.

How to Check Your Ayushman Card Eligibility

Follow the below steps to check Ayushman Card Eligibility.

Step 1: Go to the official website of the PMJAY i.e pmjay.gov.in and then click on the “Am I Eligible” button as shown in the below picture.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number and captcha code and then click on the “Generate OTP” button.

Step 3: Enter the OTP that has been sent to your mobile number, then click the “Submit” button after selecting the Terms and Conditions box.

Step 4: On the next screen, you will see 2 options.

The First One is for the selection of your state, select the state in which you reside.

The Second One is for the selection of Category, select the category by which you want to check your eligibility. In this option, we have chosen the “Search By Name” category.

Step 5: On the next screen, enter the person’s name, father’s name, rural or urban status, and pin code in order to check the Ayushman Card Eligibility and then click on the “Search” button.

You don’t need to enter all the details in this form.

Step 6: Now the details of the person will appear on the screen if the person is eligible for Ayushman Scheme.

If you want to check all the family member details of that beneficiary, click on the “Family Details” button.

Step 7: When you click on the “Family Details” button, then the details of all the family members will come out on the screen.
